Welcome to ACE Fingerprinting. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our services provided through our website and related communications. By using our services, you agree to comply with these Terms. Please read them carefully.
SECTION 1 – Service Description
ACE Fingerprinting provides fingerprinting services primarily for submission to the Florida Department of Law Enforcement (FDLE). Our role is to collect and submit your fingerprint data along with associated information such as your ORI number and profession as provided by you.
SECTION 2 – User Responsibilities and Accuracy of Information
You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information, particularly your ORI number, full name, phone number, email address, and profession. Once your fingerprint scan and associated information have been submitted to FDLE, the data will be processed exactly as submitted and cannot be modified or reversed.
Please double-check all details before submitting your fingerprinting request.
SECTION 3 – Refund Policy
All sales are final. We do NOT issue refunds under any circumstances once your fingerprint scan has been submitted.
If you need to reschedule your appointment or service, please contact us prior to your scheduled time to arrange a no-cost rescheduling. Rescheduling requests after submission cannot be accommodated.
SECTION 4 – Payment and No Online Purchases
Please note that ACE Fingerprinting does not accept payments directly through the website. Payment, if applicable, is handled separately at the time of service or as otherwise communicated.
SECTION 5 – Privacy
Your use of our services and website is subject to our Privacy Policy [link to Privacy Policy], which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.
SECTION 6 – Limitation of Liability
ACE Fingerprinting shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of our services, including but not limited to incorrect information submission or delays caused by third parties such as the FDLE.
SECTION 7 – Changes to Terms of Service
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
SECTION 8 – Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
